This undertaking is achieved by ensuring that site supervision personnel are well trained, properly briefed and geared to respond to Quality Control Procedures (QCP).
The company is committed to preserving the environment and to prevent pollution destruction of flora and fauna. Management in addition have set environmental objectives, these being:
- Commitment of all employees through induction, to preserve the environmental.
- To use environmentally friendly biodegradable products.
- Conduct site walkabouts to monitor impact on the site environment.
- To minimise damage to the environment in the construction industry, through discussions during site meetings.

Occupational Health and Safety policy : |
Health and Safety is one of our many responsibilities that have to be acknowledge as of paramount importance. Health is an important factor
in our drive towards greater productivity and hence profitability. All levels management will take an active role in the health and where improvements can be made, it is the duty of the manager to implement it. Health and safety is a condition of employment, where each employee must assume responsibility for working safety. Health is as important as production, quality and cost control.
Training is also an essential for safer workplace. Health and Safety awareness does not come naturally; management must teach, motivate and sustain employee health and safety knowledge to eliminate injuries.
There is company support and regular monitoring which will include:
- Participation of all stakeholders i.e. labour organizations, all workers and management
- Participation in community development projects where local sub-contracts are given preference
- Preparation of the organization to receive and nurture all newcomers
- All sub-contractors receive quality, safety and management training
- The transfer of skills through on - top job training and mentorship
- Developing and training employees at all levels so that they can reach their full potential
- Recognizing that every employee has a valid role, regardless of their position and skills
